FULL WOMEN'S RESULTS
CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel track and field team completed its second weekend of the 2016 indoor season on Saturday. The Bulldogs racked up 16 combined personal-best performances over two days of action.

The women's squad competed at the Bob Pollock Classic hosted by Clemson. Senior
Caillian Colquitt continued a strong start to her final indoor campaign with two personal records. Colquitt clocked a career-best 10:48.22 in the 3000-meter event to finishing ninth out of 20. That time moves her to fourth all-time in program history. She followed with a personal-record 5:32.68 in the 1-mile.

In women's field events, a trio of Bulldogs excelled in the long jump.
Asyria Daniels,
Hannah Murray and
Dymond Ettson each either set or matched personal-best leaps. Daniels' 5.14-meter jump now ranks fourth all-time at The Citadel. Junior
Kaitlyn Moore also set a personal record with a toss of 11.61 meters in the weight throw.

Sophomore
Devin Singleton headlined a successful Saturday for The Citadel men's team at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational hosted by Navy. Singleton topped the field to win the long jump with a leap of 6.74 meters while teammate Josiah Johnson placed third with a final jump of 6.38 meters. Singleton later clocked a 22.79 to place fifth in the 200-meter sprint to round out a solid day. Two other Bulldogs,
Louis Lawrence (22.87) and
Tevin Williams (22.88) clinched sixth and seventh place respectively and both times were personal bests.

Junior Malik Diggs and freshman
Logan Miller each secured times in the 60-meter high hurdles that now rank in the top 10 in program history. Diggs finished fifth overall and earned the third-best time in school history, clocking an 8.49 and Miller placed eighth with the 10th-best time by a Bulldog, an 8.88.

The 5000-meter run highlighted the distance events for The Citadel.
Michael Lantz,
Jamie Cunningham and
Ross Jordan grabbed sixth, seventh and eighth. All three Bulldogs clinched personal best times in the process and Lantz's time of 15:22.45 puts him at seventh all-time in program history.

In field events,
Jackson Nosbisch took sixth in the high jump while
Derrick Freeland collected a pair of eighth-place finishes in the shot put and weight throw. His throw of 14.54 meters in the shot put was a personal best. Lastly, freshman
Byron Parmely and junior
Tony Cuccaro grabbed sixth and seventh in the triple jump. Parmely's leap of 12.71 meters was a personal record.
