CHARLESTON, S.C. – For the second consecutive year, The Citadel golf team will host a two-day, three-round tournament at the par-72, 5,974-yard, Patriots Point Links. The 54-hole tournament is set to begin at 8 a.m. Monday morning with a shotgun start with the final round beginning Tuesday at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start.

This year's format will be match play with the first team pairings determined by rankings on Golfstat. Monday's round features The Citadel vs. William and Mary, Marshall vs. North Carolina A&T, Presbyterian vs. Siena and UNC Asheville vs. Radford. The matchups for the second and third rounds will be determined by results from the previous rounds.

The competition consists of eight teams including Presbyterian, Radford, UNC Asheville, North Carolina A&T, Siena, Marshall and William and Mary. This season, the Bulldogs have squared off with all the teams except Siena and North Carolina A&T at least once in a previous tournament.

The Citadel is coming off a 17th-place finish in its last outing, carding a 735 in the two-day Lowcountry Intercollegiate in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Cameron Little led the Bulldogs with a 165 as the junior carded an 82 in the final round, the lowest score of the tournament for The Citadel.
