CHARLESTON, SC – The Citadel wrestling team dropped its home dual match to the Chattanooga Mocs 39-9, Sunday afternoon.

The Bulldogs are now 2-4 in the SoCon and 4-5 overall.

Doug Gudenburr and Michael McAleavey posted points for the 'Dogs. Gudenburr earned six for The Citadel with a pin fall against Tyler Shilson at 157. McAleavey notched the other three in an intense, -3 decision of Grayson Walthall at the heavyweight position.

The Citadel will return to the mats Saturday, Feb. 22 as they host VMI at 12:00 p.m. for Senior Day.
