GREENVILLE, N.C. – The Citadel women's golf team completed the first two rounds of the Pirate Collegiate Classic at the Greenville Country Club on Monday.

How it Happened

Paige Gilstrap led the Bulldogs in first round with an eight-over par 80.
Sarah Smith was one shot behind Gilstrap with an opening-round 81.
Smith was able to record birdies on the 9^th and 18^th holes in the opening round.
Megan Ikeda opened the tournament with a first round 82.
Ikeda closed out her opening nine by shooting one-under par over the final five holes.
Smith and Ikeda had the best scores in the second round as both shot 82.
Mirabella Calabrase was consistent through her two rounds.
Lauren Sommerfeld made her collegiate debut and opened with an 89 in the first round.
