Wrestling Heads to Southeast Open

SALEM, Va. – The Citadel wrestling team hits the road for the first time as the Bulldogs travel to Salem, Virginia for the Southeast Open on Nov. 5 at Roanoke College. Doors open at 9 a.m. and wrestling will begin at 10 a.m.

The Bulldogs opened the season at home on Nov. 1 with a convincing 45-0 victory over Queens. The Citadel got off to a strong start by earning bonus points in each of the first seven matches, including falls from Ben Haubert (174), John Chesser (285) and Blair Orr (125).

The Citadel returns to action inside McAlister Field House on Nov. 13 at The Citadel Open.
