THE GAME
The Citadel hits the road for the first time in conference play as the Bulldogs travel to face Furman on Jan. 4 at 7 p.m. The game will be broadcast on ESPN+.

ON THE RADIO
All games this season can be heard live on 102.1-FM/1450-AM in the Charleston area. The voice of the Bulldogs, Luke Mauro, will be on the call.

SCOUTING FURMAN
Furman enters the week with an overall record of 10-5, and a 1-1 mark in SoCon play. The Paladins are coming off a 79-67 road loss at Western Carolina. Mike Bothwell leads four players in double figures at 19.5 points per game. Jalen Slawson is averaging 14.5 points and a team-best 7.1 rebounds per game.

HISTORY WITH FURMAN
Wednesday's game marks the 211th all-time meeting on the hardwood. The Paladins have had the upper hand in the series with a 124-86 advantage. Furman has won each of the last eight meetings, with the Bulldogs last victory coming in overtime in 2018.

LAST MEETING WITH FURMAN
David Maynard scored 10 points off the bench as the Bulldogs fell, 94-59, to Furman inside McAlister Field House. Mike Bothwell had 19 points for the Paladins.

The Bulldogs head to Spartanburg to take on Wofford on Jan. 7 at 7 p.m.
