  • AJ Smith capped off the first half scoring with a layup And-1 as CIT held a 35-28 advantage at the break.
  • Winston Hill joined the 3-point barrage to extend the margin to 45-37 four minutes into the second stanza.
  • A minute later, Millora-Brown's make from the wing stretched the lead to double digits, 50-39.
  • Elijah Morgan's And-1 held the difference at 12 with 12:28 left to go before his triple gave CIT its largest lead of the game at 58-43.

  • The grad transfer leads the team in rebounding, averaging 9.8 rpg.
HITTING THE GLASS
  • The Bulldogs have outrebounded their opponent in all four contests this season.
IF THIS, THEN THAT...
  • If the Bulldogs win all three games, it would be the first time The Citadel swept a three-game tournament since the Palmetto State Shootout in November 2015.
  • If the Bulldogs drop the first two games of the event, it will mark the second time The Citadel dropped a pair of back-to-back contests in a holiday tournament since its own Cobb Dill & Hammett Classic in December of 2021
FRESHMAN FRENZY
  • Four freshmen have appeared in all four games this season for The Citadel.
  • All seven freshmen appeared in Tuesday's win over North Greenville.
  • The class has accounted for 62 of the 271 points (22.9%) the Bulldogs have scored so far this season.
NO SOPHOMORE SLUMP HERE
  • Smith has got off to a fast start for The Citadel as he is the only player to register double-digit scoring efforts in all four games this season, pacing the Bulldogs with a 14.3 ppg average.
UP NEXT
  • The Bulldogs will enjoy the rest of Thanksgiving weekend before taking the court at McAlister Field House on Tuesday, November 28 versus Charleston Southern.
