- The Spartans would take a nine-point lead over the Bulldogs with 2:49 left.
- The Bulldogs headed into the locker room with 38-29 deficient.
- The Spartans lead would grow to as much as 22 points before a three-pointer from Austin Ash and a pair of free throws from Stephen Clark narrowed the lead with 12:19 left.
- That would be as close as the Bulldogs would get in falling to the Spartans.
