CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel mixed rifle team sits in third place after the smallbore competition at the 2023 Southern Conference Rifle Championships inside the Inouye Marksmanship Center. The women's team is in eighth place.

Georgia Southern leads the competition after shooting a 2315, followed by North Georgia (2270) and The Citadel (2269).
