Ed Conroy Summer Basketball Camps

BASKETBALL CAMPS

CHARLESTON, S.C. - The Ed Conroy 2023 Summer Basketball Camps are still available with limited openings in each session. This year's camps include Day Camp, Elite Camp, and Shooting Camp, tipping off in June and running through July.

Each camp will offer a different experience and method for teaching the fundamentals of the game. The Day Camp will emphasize fundamentals for boys and girls in grades 1^st to rising 7^th graders with contests, drill sessions, lectures, and more. The camp, which runs Monday-Thursday, will focus on having fun while developing as a basketball player each day.

The Elite Camp will bring some of the best high school boys' talent to The Citadel campus for a day of competition and instruction at McAlister Field House.

The Shooting Camp will provide detailed instruction for boys and girls in grades 1^st to rising 7^th graders on shot mechanics and fundamentals. The camp will serve as a breakdown session of each individual camper's shot, while also providing the camper with drills, tips, and instruction for shot improvement and development.

The first Day Camp (June 19-22) will be held at Park West Recreational Complex. All remaining camps will be held in McAlister Field House located on The Citadel campus. The facility, home of The Citadel Basketball, is a secure and air-conditioned facility with locker rooms, administrative offices, as well as three full-length college basketball courts.

Coach Conroy and his staff will serve as the lead clinicians and camp supervisors. Additionally, current Bulldog basketball players will serve on staff. The dates and rates for each camp are listed below:

Shooting Camp: TBD
