MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. – The Citadel's Ali Ruffin placed first overall in the javelin at the Last Chance Meet hosted by Mount Olive on Saturday afternoon.

Ruffin finished in first place with a toss of 142-5 in the javelin after her third-place finish at the 2023 Southern Conference Outdoor Championships.

She currently sits at 50^th in the NCAA standings.
