Bulldogs Record Four Top-Ten Performances at USC Invite

COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Citadel men's and women's track and field teams recorded four top-ten performances in school history at the USC Invite.
On the Men's Side
On the Men's Side
- Dillion McCarthy took second collegiate in the vault with a PR of 16-1.75 to earn the second all-time spot.
- Ridge Dowe was third in the weight with 53-9 to earn the eighth all-time spot. He was eighth in the shot with 41-11.5.
- Andrew Granger was fourth in the weight with 53-4.25. He was ninth in the shot with 41-8.75.
- William Owens was eighth in the weight with 46-1.25 and finished sixth in the shot with a PR of 44-8.25.
- Jack Weil was ninth in the weight with 45-6.25.
- The DMR of Carson Diggs, Jared Campbell, Brett Cobb, and Owen Sharnas ran 10:50 to take third.
- The DMR team of Abigail Thiessen, Emily Pierontoni, Sara Grace Melton, and Eryn Tufts ran 13:07 to win the meet.
- Alliann Johnson ran a PR in the 60 to take ninth and earned the fourth spot all time.
- Emily Danielsson was third in the weight with 48-4.75.
- Riley Lair was fourth with 48-3.5.
- Yanna Cuesta was seventh in the shot with 34-0.
- Danielle Williams ran a PR of 61.30 in the 400 to earn the ninth spot.
