2025: Set a personal record of 171 feet, 10 inches in the hammer throw at the Sharonda Coleman-Singleton Classic, the fourth-best mark in program history...won the hammer throw at the SoCon Outdoor Championships with a mark of 170 feet, 5 inches, the first Citadel hammer throw title since 2021...won the hammer throw at the Gamecock Invite with a toss of 163 feet, 5 inches...finished eighth in the hammer throw at the East Coast Relays...placed sixth in the discus at the Sharonda Coleman-Singleton Classic with a season-best mark of 135 feet, 4 inches...recorded a season-best 46 feet, 10.75 inches in the shot put at the Weems Baskin Invitational, placing sixth...posted a personal-best 54 feet, 11.50 inches in the weight throw at the SoCon Indoor Championships, placing third and ranking fifth all-time in program history...placed fourth in the hammer throw at the Weems Baskin Invitational with a mark of 164 feet, 10 inches.
2024 (South Carolina): Threw the weight throw in six indoor meets, recording his first collegiate victory at the Carolina Challenge with a mark of 16.58 meters...set a personal best of 17.27 meters at the Tiger Paw Invite and finished runner-up at the USC Indoor Open...competed in eight outdoor meets in the hammer throw, placing 14th at the SEC Outdoor Championships and recording a season-best mark of 53.44 meters at the USC Outdoor Open.
2023 (South Carolina): Competed in four indoor meets in the weight throw, posting a season-best mark of 16.50 meters at the Carolina Challenge...appeared in four outdoor meets in the hammer throw and recorded a personal-best 53.78 meters at the SEC Outdoor Championships.
2021-22 (South Carolina): Did not compete.
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track and field and football at May River High School under head coach Dan Utley...helped lead his team to a state championship and was named team most valuable player during his senior season...finished as the state runner-up in the discus in 2019...four-year honor roll student and member of the National Honor Society and Beta Club.
PERSONAL: Son of Liz and Adam Dowe...father played football at Emory and Henry...mother was a collegiate golfer at the College of Charleston...has a younger sister, Macey.
