Jacob Silka at 141, The Citadel (8-3, 0-1 SoCon) dropped the program's Southern Conference opener at defending league champion Appalachian State (4-2, 1-0 SoCon), falling by a final 33-4 margin Sunday afternoon at Varsity Gym.
