JACKSONVILLE, ALA. – The Citadel mixed rifle team finished the fall season as the Bulldogs lost to Jacksonville State 4612-4697 on Saturday at Jacksonville State.

Emrie Fast-Clarke was the top finisher for The Citadel, finishing with a total score of 1159, including 569 in Smallbore and 590 in Air Rifle. Braden Michalak was the second-highest scorer for The Citadel as he recorded 1154, posting 566 in Smallbore and 588 in Air Rifle.

"The team performed well today. They carried out what they've been practicing, and I believe it paid off. Theron achieved a personal best in Smallbore, and several others finished just a few points shy of their own bests," said head coach Claire O'Neel. "It was a strong way to end the semester, and we're already eager to get back into the swing of things after the break."
