GAME NOTES

BEYOND THE BARRACKS
  • The final men's basketball coaches show of the season takes place on Monday, March 3rd at 7 p.m. at Dunleavy's Pub on Sullivan's Island.

FIRST TIME AROUND (1.8.25)
  • Christian Moore shrunk the ETSU lead to four, 14-10, eight minutes into the contest but the Bucs responded with a 6-0 spurt to force a Bulldogs timeout.
  • ETSU pushed the differential to 11, 26-15, at the 4:18 mark before a Fox layup on the ensuing trip down the court got it back to a single-digit affair.
  • The Bucs ballooned the margin to 15, 34-19, with two minutes to go as Moore's second three ball of the half made it a 36-22 ETSU edge at the intermission.
  • An ETSU tip-in extended the lead to 21 at the under-16 media timeout.
  • The Citadel held ETSU scoreless for over three minutes to knock the deficit down to 60-38 after a 6-0 spurt.
  • Besides an ETSU dunk with :03 seconds left; The Citadel held the Bucs scoreless for almost the final five minutes to fall 70-52.
BRODY IS BALLIN
  • Fox has double-digit point performances in 16-of-17 league games this season, including seven 20+ point performances this year.
  • He leads the team in scoring on the season at 16.7 ppg while shooting 49.6 percent from the floor.
CHRISTIAN "NEED I SAY" MOORE
  • Moore has scored double-digit points in eight of the last 10 games.
  • In SoCon play, he's inside the Top 25 in scoring at 12.0 ppg.
WITHIN THE SOCON
  • John Adams is 15th in league play in field goal percentage at 50.9%.
  • Brody Fox is T-4 in scoring at 16.6 ppg.
  • Sola Adebisi is T-7 in blocks at 1.0 and T-13th in rebounding a 5.5.
IF THIS, THEN THAT...
  • If The Citadel beats ETSU, it would snap a three-game home losing streak to the Bucs, with the last home win coming on 2/10/21.
  • If the Bulldogs lose, the Bucs would improve their winning streak to six straight over The Citadel.
