CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel tennis team fell to Dayton, 7-0, Tuesday afternoon at the Earle Tennis Center.

Dayton secured the doubles point and won all six singles matches to complete the sweep.

"We faced a very solid and disciplined team today, and they executed well across the board," head coach Chuck Kriese said after the match. "Credit to Dayton for the way they competed. We will look to bounce back tomorrow."

Up next, the Bulldogs host Hofstra on Wednesday at 2 p.m. ET at the Earle Tennis Center.
