2005: Threw in 17 games, getting the starting nod 16 times... ended the season tied for the team lead in wins with six... finished the year with a 6-6 overall record and an ERA of 5.46, giving up 57 earned runs in 94 innings of work... his 94 innings was good for tops on the team, and also set a new personal career high in innings pitched... had a season high nine punch outs in the contest against UNCG (3/11), and ended the year with 73 total strike outs, which was a team best and personal best for a season... recorded multiple strike outs in all of his 17 appearances... longest outing of the year also came in the game at UNCG (3/11), as he went eight innings, setting yet another personal career high...recorded eight quality starts, as he went at least six innings while giving up only three runs or less, and went at least seven innings on five different occasions.
2004: Pitched in a dozen games, all in relief ... finished the year with a 0-1 record, but recorded two saves against Savannah State on 5/4 and Furman on 5/8 ... struck out 22 batters in 21.1 innings of work ... only surrendered 12 earned runs for a season-long ERA of 5.06 ... set personal highs for innings pitched, seven, and strike outs, eight, versus Western Carolina in the Southern Conference Tournament ... did not allow a run in seven of 12 appearances ... lone loss of the season came against South Carolina on 5/12 ... pitched one inning, striking out three versus South Carolina in the NCAA Regionals.
2003: Started six games and saw action in six others as a reliever ... recorded a 1-3 mark with a 9.20 ERA in 30.1 innings of work ... earned his first career win against Wofford as he threw five shutout innings ... posted a careerhigh in strikeouts (6) against North Carolina A&T and Western Carolina ... his 6.2 innings of work against the Catamounts set a career high for innings pitched ... pitched against South Carolina, Miami and Florida State.
