JUNIOR (2018): Played in 37 singles matches and 34 doubles matches … Moved up to No. 1 singles for final 14 matches … Recorded 12 wins on the year in singles action and eight wins in doubles … Went 2-2 in singles action the first weekend, including a 6-0, 6-0 win over Florida A&M’s Karlyn Small and a 6-1, 6-4 win over Hema Hasona … Defeated Alabama’s Sam Fischer 2-6, 6-4, 1-0 (10-8) at No. 5 singles (1/15) … Won five straight matches from January 27 to February 3, includling a 5-7, 6-4, 6-4 win over Eastern Washington’s Jeremy Field to kick off the streak … Notched back-to-back wins in doubles action with teammate Gavin Stewart over USC Sumter (2/3) and Belmont Abbey (2/3) … Also won back-to-back doubles matchups with Will Graham over Georgia Gwinnett (2/24) and Rose-Hulman (2/24).

SOPHOMORE (2017): Went 10-17 in singles action, mostly at No. 2 singles … Earned his first victory of the season with a 6-2, 6-2 decision over Spartanburg Methodist’s Austin Green … That victory sparked a stretch of five wins in a row and he won six of seven from Feb. 5 through Feb. 27 … Defeated Christian Duarte (Texas Dallas) 6-3, 6-4 at No. 1 singles on March 16 … Won all but one of his singles matches in straight sets … Ended the campaign with a 7-5, 6-4 victory over Alabama Huntsville’s Noah Bring at No. 3 singles … Posted six wins in doubles action, mostly at No. 1 doubles … Earned the first win of the season in doubles action as he combined forces with Roy Hobson to down USC Sumter’s Peter Kovats and Albert Smreczac 8-4 … Ended the season with an 8-4 win along with Hobson over UAH’s Noah Pring and Brodie Holmes at No. 2 doubles.

FRESHMAN (2016): Tied for most singles wins (11) for a freshman on the team with Michael Anzalone, tying for third overall … Was the team’s No. 2 in seven matches and No. 3 in team-high 27 matches … Won first collegiate singles match (6-2, 6-0) against Hufelder Duarte (Spartanburg Methodist) … Won six straight matches from Feb. 6 to Feb. 13 to improve record to 7-6 … Earned two victories in SoCon play, first defeating (6-3, retired) Nick Wingord (Chattanooga) … Defeated (3-6, 6-4, 6-1)  David Sklar (Wofford) in final regular season match … Recorded most doubles wins (12) for a freshman on the team … Won first collegiate doubles match (8-2) with teammate Michael Anzalone against Duarte and Mouhamed Gueye (Spartanburg Methodist) … Recorded the team’s lone SoCon doubles victory (6-3) with Artemie Amari by defeating David Sklar and Parks Thompson (Wofford) … Took the 57th ranked doubles duo in the nation to a 3-3 unfinished match at the SoCon Championships before the doubles point was clinched.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years of tennis and golf at Tennessee High School … Was the MVP of the tennis team three years … Awarded All-Around Best Male Athlete of Tennessee High senior year … Won four state individual tennis titles.

PERSONAL: Son of Michael and Jennifer Henson … Both parents played tennis at King College … Major is mechanical engineering.
