BEFORE THE CITADEL (UTEP / UTRGV): Played in 79 NCAA Division I games, making 33 starts in his three-year career split between UT Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) and UTEP … For collegiate career, has shot 40.8% (155-of-380) from the field, 30.9% (46-of-149) from 3-point range and 72.1% (111-of-154) from the free throw line … Has averaged 5.9 points, 2.7 assists and 2.2 rebounds per game in three seasons … At UTRGV, averaged 7.3 points, 3.4 assists and 2.6 rebounds per game in 60 career games, making 32 starts … Shot 41.8% (146-of-349) from the field, including 31.7% (44-of-139) from beyond the arc … As a redshirt sophomore (2016-17), ranked third in the Western Athletic Conference (WAC) in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.68), fifth in assists per game (3.6) and fifth in total assists (116) … Led the team in scoring three times that season and finished the year as the third-leading scorer for the Vaqueros and led the team in assists … Started 27 of the team's 32 games while averaging 8.6 points, 3.6 assists and 2.4 boards per game … Played freshman season at UTEP where he averaged 7.9 minutes across 19 games, making one start, while scoring 32 points on 9-of-31 (29%) shooting from the field and 12-of-14 (85.7%) shooting from the free throw line to go with 13 rebounds, 10 assists, three blocks and two steals.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played his high school ball at Williams S. Hart High School where he was named the Foothill League Player of the Year and an All-CIF Southern Section Division 2A selection after leading the team to a 26-3 record and its first league championships in seven years as a senior … Ended his prep career as a three-time All-Foothill League first-team honoree … During senior season, averaged 20 points, four rebounds, four assists and two steals while shooting 50 percent from the field and 85 percent from the foul line … As a junior, led the team to a 25-3 record by averaging 18 points, four rebounds, three assists and two steals … Earned second-team All-CIF and first-team All-Santa Clarita Valley honors that year.
