th in program history for single-game made 3-pointers … Closed out the season with 16 points, including four made 3-pointers, against Wofford (3/6/20) in the opening round of the 2020 Ingles Southern Conference Basketball Championships presented by General Shale in Asheville … His final made trey at the buzzer set the program freshman record for 3-pointers made in a season.
HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner at Freedom High School … Set the program record for career points scored (1,865) and 3-point field goals made in a career (358) … Also holds the school record for most 30-point games in a career and 3-point field goal percentage in a season (.490, set during his senior year), as well as the single-season free throw percentage record (.893, set during his junior campaign) and 3-pointers made (99, set during his junior season) … Was a three-time All-Burke County first-team selection … As a senior, averaged 19.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.9 assists and 2.2 steals per game, while shooting 50.0 percent from the field and 85.0 percent from the charity stripe … Converted 94 3-pointers … Senior season is tied for the most 30-point games in a single season … Earned All-Burke County first-team honors, was named to the North Carolina AP All-State team, a first-team All-District 10 selection and was the Northwestern Conference and Burke County Player of the Year … Was selected to play in the North-South All-Star Game as well as the East-West All-Star Game … Averaged 19.4 points, 5.4 assists, 3.4 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game as a junior … Shot 45.0 percent from beyond the 3-point arc, 50.0 percent from the field and 89.3 percent from the free throw line … Earned conference player of the year honors and was named to All-District 10 First Team and All-Burke County First Team … As a sophomore, averaged 17.9 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists per game and made 98 treys … Earned All-Burke County first-team honors, and was named to the all-conference team … Started prep career by setting the program record for 3-pointers made by a freshman with 67 … Averaged 9.7 points, 2.5 rebounds and 0.5 assists per game as a freshman … Was a Presidential Scholar and Honor Student, as well as a Junior Usher.
