2024–25: Appeared in 26 games as a true freshman...earned 10 starts late in the season at point guard...scored a season-high 12 points against VMI in the Southern Conference Tournament...recorded five assists twice, including games versus VMI and Wofford on Feb. 12.

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in basketball for four years at Pomfret School in Connecticut...helped lead his teams to three Rhode Island state championships...earned three all-state selections...named 2022–23 all-state tournament MVP...finished his prep career with more than 1,000 points, 500 rebounds, and 500 assists.

PERSONAL: Son of James and Peace Wali...has siblings Aliko, Okah, Chi Chi, Ikechi, Adanma, and Alechi.
