FRESHMAN (2012): Appeared in one game in relief vs. Delaware (2/24) as a redshirt freshman.

HIGH SCHOOL: A graduate of Holly Hill Academy … lettered in baseball, basketball and football … had a career batting average of .460 and a record of 11-1 with an ERA of 2.00 while striking out an average of 1.7 batters per inning … named region player of the year in 2009 and 2010 and twice named team’s best offensive player … played on 2007 state championship football team.

PERSONAL: Son of Matt and Tricia Brownlee … father pitched at Charleston Southern from 1988-91 … majoring in biology.
