Biography

SOPHOMORE (2015-16): Saw valuable playing time in the backcourt in his second season as a Bulldog, averaging 2.6 points, 1.7 assists and 1.3 rebounds in 10.9 minutes per game… Made 28 field goals as a sophomore and shot 41.2 percent from the floor after only scoring via the free throw line as a freshman… Pestered teams defensively in the press, securing 16 total steals… Collected 25 of his 41 rebounds on the offensive glass… Dished out the third-most assists on the team with 54 dimes… Scored his first career field goal at No. 24 Butler and finished with four points… Nearly missed a double-double in his best performance as a Bulldog to date vs. Mid-Atlantic Christian, racking up a career-high nine assists and adding seven points… Tallied nine assists over three games at the Palmetto State Shootout to help his team grab a tournament title… Scored a career-high eight points and made multiple threes in a game for the first time in his career vs. Voorhees… Played 14 minutes at Charlotte and made 3-of-4 field goals… Averaged 14 minutes per contest over a six-game stretch that saw the Bulldogs grab three wins… Scored six points, including an acrobatic contested layup in the final minutes in a 92-91 win over Western Carolina… Two days later, matched his career-high with eight points in an overtime loss at ETSU… Recorded eight assists, six rebounds and five points in a career-high 22 minutes of action at Chattanooga… Chipped in five offensive rebounds and six assists on a two-game road trip at Furman and Wofford… Ended the season by making four of his last eight field goals, including three of his last four three-pointers.

FRESHMAN (2014-15): Capped off his first season as a Bulldog by averaging 0.4 points and 6.5 minutes per game … all six points came from the free throw line where he finished 6-of-14 (.429) on the season … handed out 18 assists and forced seven steals on the season … debuted against VMI in the All-Military Classic, logging two minutes for The Citadel … logged 13 minutes, forced two steals and finished with one assist in a 71-58 win over against Toccoa Falls … established a season-high in assists (four) as he tallied his first points, hitting 1-for-3 at the charity stripe, in a 39-point victory over Warren Wilson … played a season-high 19 minutes against Southern Conference foe Chattanooga due to an injury by Marshall Harris III. Came through with two assists, one steal and finished 1-of-3 at the free throw line against the Mocs … saw nine minutes of action against Virginia Tech where he handed out three assists … solid contributor off the bench with three assists, two points (2-4 FTs) and one rebound at Michigan State in mid-December … played 22 minutes in five SoCon games over the final two months of the season where he combined for four assists, one steal and was 2-of-4 from the free throw line.

HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Sandalwood High School in Jacksonville, Fla., in 2014 … a three-year letterwinner, he averaged 11.2 points, 6.9 assists, four rebounds, three steals and fewer than one turnover per contest as a senior under head coach Rocky Crusack ... finished the year hitting 41 percent from the floor and 70 percent at the free throw line … as a senior he battled through a broken pinkie on his shooting hand to lead the Saints to a 26-3 overall record and their third appearance in of the Florida High School Athletic Association regional tournament … capped off his career by earning consecutive team Most Valuable Player and All-Gateway Conference accolades.
