Biography

SENIOR (2016-17): Completed his career at The Citadel having played in 119 games and started 73, totaling 730 points, 322 assists and 228 rebounds during his four-year career … ranks 2nd in Citadel history with 2.69 assists to turnover ratio in a season and 2.07 assists to turnover ratio in his career, 15th in three-point field goals made in  career with 122, 14th in three-point field goals attempted in career with 341, tied for seventh with 322 assists in a career and tied for 14th in three-point field goals attempted in a season with 171 … finished his senior campaign with 253 points, 113 assists and 88 rebounds and helped the class of 2017 earn its most wins in a season (12) while leading the team with minutes per game (28.9) … set new career highs in points (26), assists (10), steals (5), blocks (2), FG made (10), three-point FG made (6), FT made (8), FT attempted (10) and minutes played (41) in the 2016-17 season … saw 29 minutes of action and grabbed two rebounds against College of Charleston ... finished just two points shy of a double-double against Johnson University (Fla.), dishing out 10 assists and chipping in eight points ... finished with 15 points in 26 minutes of action against Truett McConnell, hitting three three-pointers and going a perfect four-for-four from the free throw line ... dished out four assists in 20 minutes of action at Stetson ... finished with five points and three assists in 26 minutes at Iowa State ... went two-of-six from the floor at Arizona State, tallying five points and four assists ... dished out a game-high seven assists and brought down five rebounds against Presbyterian ... scored five points and had three assists against Colgate ... grabbed five rebounds and dished out four assists against USC Upstate in the Holy City Hoops Classic ... had two rebounds in 15 minutes of action against Campbell in his 50th career start ... posted his first career double-double against Toccoa Falls,  erupting for 18 points on six-of-10 shooting from three point range and 10 assists ... tallied 12 points, two assists and two steals at Virginia Tech ... chipped in 11 points on three-of-six shooting from beyond the arc at UMBC, dishing out three assists in 41 minutes of action ... sank three treys, registering 12 points, and dished out four assists in a loss to UNCG ... chipped in seven points on two-of-four shooting from beyond the arc at Furman ... saw 30 minutes of action at Furman, scoring two points and dishing out three assists ... dished out three assists and scored five points in a loss to ETSU ... finished with six assists, five points and four rebounds against VMI ... one of four Bulldogs to score in double figures at Chattanooga, dropping 10 points and dishing out four assists ... played 29 minutes against Samford, tallying six points, two assists and three steals ... finished with five points at Western Carolina after draining one three pointer and two free throws, dishing out three assists in the loss ... hit a big layup in transition at UNCG to pull the Bulldogs within one and finished with two rebounds and two assists ... dropped a career-high 26 points on 10-of-12 shooting from the floor and four-of five shooting from the behind the arc in a team-high 32 minutes against Wofford ... had a strong outing against Furman, scoring 17 points and handing out five assists ... one of three Bulldogs to score in double digits at VMI, chipping in 10 points and going a perfect eight-for-eight from the charity stripe ... finished eight-of-10 from the free throw line and chipped in 14 points against Western Carolina ... tallied seven points. five steals, four rebounds and four assists in win at Samford ... capped his career inside McAlister Field House with a 12 point, five rebound performance to snap an eight-game skid against Chattanooga ... helped the Bulldogs advance to the SoCon quarterfinals for the first time since 2010 with six points against Western Carolina.

JUNIOR (2015-16): After making just 12 starts in his first two seasons as a Bulldog, earned a spot in the starting lineup 28 times as a junior and started 26 of the last 27 games to end the season… Averaged 10.3 points per game and logged more minutes (878) than any other Bulldog… Ranked 28th in the Southern Conference in scoring during league play…Became The Citadel’s most reliable weapon from beyond the arc, sinking a team-high 65 three-pointers and shooting a team-best 38 percent from beyond the arc… Made at least one trey in 26 of his last 27 games played (DNP at Chattanooga)... Ranks 10th all-time at The Citadel in career three-point percentage, shooting 38.6 percent from deep through three seasons… With 75 assists and just 49 turnovers, owned a 1.53 assists-to-turnover ratio as a junior and ranks second all-time at The Citadel in career assists-to-turnover ratio (1.85 through three campaigns)… Collected a season-best six assists and eight points in his first start of the season vs. Mid-Atlantic Christian... Set a new career-high with three 3-pointers against Presbyterian... Had the best game of his career against Georgia Southern, scoring a career-high 17 points behind 5-of-7 shooting from beyond the arc... Helped propel The Citadel to a Palmetto State Shootout title with 33 points over three games… Set a new career-high for points for the second time in four games with 18 points vs. Air Force... Played a season-high 34 minutes vs. College of Charleston, hitting three three-pointers for the fourth time in 2015-16 and finishing with 11 points... Drilled five threes to help the Bulldogs down Bethune-Cookman and racked up a career-high 20 points... Scored in double figures for the eighth time with 10 points against Chattanooga in the SoCon opener and added three assists in a career-high 34 minutes... Tossed in 15 points and tied his career-high with three steals at Samford... Scored nine points vs. WCU and dished out three assists for the 12th time... Narrowly missed his first career double-double with 12 points and a career-high nine boards at ETSU... Made seven field goals and four triples, matching his career-high with 20 points in 32 minutes at Samford... Reached double figures for the 16th and final time as a junior with 12 points at VMI in the Dogs’ last regular season game.

SOPHOMORE (2014-15): Split time as both a starter and reserve for The Citadel as he averaged 3.1 points, 3.0 assists, 1.5 rebounds and 21.2 minutes per contest … handed out 85 assists, second only to Ashton Moore (109), as he ranked 84th in the nation in assist-turnover ratio with 2.13 … has committed the 13th-fewest turnovers (64) through at least 50 games of any Citadel player in their career … enters his junior season ranked second on school history in career assist-turnover ratio (2.10) behind only Leon Bryant (2.17) … was responsible for 45 assists in Southern Conference play as he finished eighth in the league … made the first back-to-back starts of his career as he led The Citadel to a pair of wins over Toccoa Falls and Bob Jones, handing out eight assists and forcing two steals along the way … reemerged as a starter in mid-December as he logged 21 minutes against Chattanooga … among his career-long six start stretch were a pair of outings against Virginia Tech and Michigan State where he was responsible for five and three assists, respectively … notched his sixth five-assist outing of the season against Mercer as he played 31 minutes in his ninth career start … led all Citadel reserves in minutes (33) and assists (five) as he notched a season-high 12 points at Chattanooga in mid-February … improved his free throw percentage (21-29, .724) from his freshman campaign … finished with the most minutes (594) and  assists (85) of any player with 15 or fewer starts on the team.

FRESHMAN (2013-14): Overcame a preseason stress fracture of the tibia to finish with 72 points in 27 games played … ranked third on the team and first among reserves with total assists (49) … had multiple assists in 12 contests including a pair of six-assist outings against West Alabama and Samford … joined P.J. Horgan as the lone Citadel reserve to play all 16 Southern Conference games … capped off league play with 36 points, 32 assists, connecting on 71.4 percent of his free throws … was an instrumental part of The Citadel’s second half rally against West Alabama at the Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament with a game-high six assists … combined for 11 assists in games against Elon, UNCG and Furman to earn his first collegiate start against Appalachian State … logged a season-high 30 minutes in against the Mountaineers, handing out four assists, recording one block and forcing one steal along the way.
 
CANADA 2013: Earned valuable playing time after point guard Marshall Harris III suffered an ankle injury early in the second game against Windsor as he played 35 minutes and finished with seven points and eight assists as The Citadel battled to overtime with the Lancers … also made his presence felt defensively by forcing five steals and grabbing three defensive rebounds … earned the start against Fanshawe where he came through with six points, three steals, two rebounds and two assists in the 65-57 victory.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated from Keller Central High School in 2012 … averaged 12 points, 5.2 assists, 3.2 rebounds and 1.6 steals per game as a senior at Keller Central HS … known for his solid defensive presence, he drew 43 charges in three years, including a team-high 16 as a junior … capped off the 2012-13 by averaging 9.2 points, 8.3 assists, 5.7 rebounds, 2.1 steals per game while drawing 42 charges as the point guard for Future Prep Academy in California … converted 48 percent of his shots from the floor, 43 percent from beyond the arc and was effective 82 percent of the time from the free throw line ... notched eight triple-doubles and finished with double-digit assists in 26 contests for Future Prep Academy … named to the West Coast Championship all-tournament team after averaging 12.2 points, 10.4 assists and 7.2 rebounds as Future Prep Academy captured the tournament championship.
