JUNIOR (2021): Ran in all seven meets... Finished 13th overall as the Bulldogs' third finisher in season-opening Charleston Southern 6K on Sept. 4 at a career-best 20:20.0... Set a new 8K career best at Queens on Sept. 24 at 26:02.00, then surpassed that two weeks later back at Queens on Oct. 8 at 25:44.0... Was the Bulldogs' third finisher at SoCon Championships at VMI on Oct. 30, clearing the 8K field at 28:37.0... Finished season at NCAA Southeast Regionals in Lexington, Ky. Nov. 12, finishing the 10K course at 33:48.0.

SOPHOMORE (2020): Competed in five meets, including four 8K races and one 6K... Opened the season running 27:52.83 at Mercer 8K on Sept. 19... Ran a season-best 26:13.50 at Columbia 8K on Oct. 3... Captured three more sub-28 times, including 27:59.60 at Coastal Carolina 8K Oct. 16 and 27:30.08 at Newberry 8K Oct. 30... Finished season running 27:27.04 at 8K SoCon Championships at Mercer Nov. 21.

FRESHMAN (2019): Ran in all six meets as a true freshman … Started his season off with a 14th-place finish with a time of 16:50.0 in the Carolina Challenge’s 5K race (Aug. 31) … Followed that up with a time of 20:52.7 in the 6K at the adidas XC Challenge (Sept. 20) … Turned in a time of 27:53.0 in the 8K at the Queen City Invite (Sept. 27) … Finished with a time of 28:24.6 in the 8K at the Disney Cross Country Classic (Oct. 12) … Raced to a 30th-place finish with a time of 28:00.6 in the 8L at the 13th-Annual Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 19) … Wrapped up his freshman campaign with a time of 28:53.2 in the 8K at the Southern Conference Cross Country Championships (Nov. 2).

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner on the cross country team and a four-time letterwinner in track … As a senior in 2018, led his team to the state championship … Earned all-state honors in both cross country and track as both a junior and senior … Helped set the school record for the distance medley relay as a senior … Cross country team finished as the state runner up in both his sophomore and junior seasons … Was a member of the 4x1600 and 4x800 teams that set the program records during his junior track campaign … Earned the Biology Award and the AP Biology Award for his school and is a certified clinical medical assistant … Earned the Atlanta Track Club Hawthorne Wesley Award … His high school coach, Rob Isaac, is a 2008 graduate of The Citadel.
