INDOOR: Set new indoor bests in the 3,000 meters (9:10.93) for seventh place and 1,000 meters (2:41.10) for 15th place at VMI Winter Relays Jan. 29-30... Finished second in the DMR (10:50.43) and set career best in the mile (4:32.20) for ninth place at Carolina Indoor Open Feb. 13... Finished seventh in DMR (10:35.60) and ran 15:47.79 in 5,000 meters at SoCon Championships Feb. 27-28.

OUTDOOR: Ran 16:02.29 in the 5,000 meters in collegiate outdoor debut at Weems Baskin Relays Mar. 26-27... Ran 33:39.64 in first college 10K at High Point Vertklasse Meeting April 1-2.

FRESHMAN (2020)
INDOOR: Competed in three indoor meets … Made his collegiate track and field debut at the Gamecock Opener (1/17-18/20), posting a time of 17:02.52 in the 5,000-meter race … Improved his 5,000m time at his next event, posting a season-best time of 16:25.98 at the Carolina Challenge (1/31-2/1/20) … Completed his first indoor season by turning in a time of 9:38.73, finishing 12^th in the 3,000-meter race.

HIGH SCHOOL: A four-year letterwinner on the cross country team and a four-time letterwinner in track … As a senior in 2018, led his team to the state championship … Earned all-state honors in both cross country and track as both a junior and senior … Helped set the school record for the distance medley relay as a senior … Cross country team finished as the state runner up in both his sophomore and junior seasons … Was a member of the 4x1600 and 4x800 teams that set the program records during his junior track campaign … Earned the Biology Award and the AP Biology Award for his school and is a certified clinical medical assistant … Earned the Atlanta Track Club Hawthorne Wesley Award … His high school coach, Rob Isaac, is a 2008 graduate of The Citadel.
