HIGH SCHOOL: Competed on both cross country and track and field teams during her career … took part in 55m dash, long jump, triple jump, 100m and shot put events as a senior … participated in 100m, 200m, long jump, triple jump and 55m in junior season … competed in the 400m and long jump events during her sophomore season … took part in the 400m and 800m events as a freshman.
PERSONAL: Dymond Alicia Ettson … daughter of Teresa Williams … her relative, Lauryn Williams, won a gold medal in the 2012 Olympics (London) and a silver medal in the 100m at the 2004 Olympics (Athens) … while another relative, Erika Williams, is competing on South Alabama track and field teams … majoring in chemistry.
