OUTDOOR: Did not compete due to outdoor season being cancelled.
SENIOR (2019): Competed in six indoor meets … Started the season off at the Gamecock Inaugural (Jan. 18-19), competing in the shotput (10.67m) and weight throw (12.01m) … At the VMI Team Challenge (Jan. 26), recorded a mark of 11.12m (36’ 5.75”) in the shot put, and finished with a throw of 13.34m (43’ 9.25”) in the weight … Recorded marks of 11.31m (37’ 1.25”) in the shot put and 14.24m (46’ 8.75”) in the weight throw at the Carolina Challenge (Jan. 31-Feb. 2) … Competed in the weight throw at the JDL College Team Challenge (Feb. 7), finishing with a toss of 12.21m (40’ 0.75”) … Recorded a season-best 11.52m (37’ 9.5”) in the shot put at the USC Open (Feb. 16), while also notching a mark of 14.14m (46’ 4.75”) in the weight … Close out her season at the 2019 Southern Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 23-24) … Recorded a mark of 11.27m (36’ 11.75”) in the shot put and set a personal record in the weight with a throw of 14.27m (46’ 10”).
JUNIOR (2018)
INDOOR: Competed in five indoor meets … Opened the season at the Wake Forest Invitational (Jan. 20-21), recording a mark of 10.43m (34’ 2.75”) in the shot put and 13.04m (42’ 9.5”) in the weight … The next weekend, finished the shot put with a distance of 10.84m (35’ 6.75”) and the weight with a toss of 11.80m (38’ 8.75”) at the VMI Team Challenge (Jan. 27) .. At the JDL College Team Challenge (Feb. 8), finished the weight throw with a 10
th-place 11.56m (37’ 11.25”) … Recorded a pair of top-10 finishes at the UCS Invitational (Feb. 16-17) with a ninth-place effort of 11.06m (36’ 3.5”) in the shot put, and a 10
th-place, 12.82m (42’ 0.75”) mark in the weight … Rounded out her indoor season at the 2018 Southern Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships … Recorded a mark of 11.94m (39’ 2.25”) in the shot put, finishing ninth, and finished with a throw of 12.02m (39’ 5.25”) in the weight.
OUTDOOR: Competed in eight outdoor track meets … In the outdoor season opener at the Tiger Orange and Blue Classic (March 10), competed in four events, including the shot put (10.61m), discus (37.35m), hammer throw (31.10m) and a third-place effort of 31.84m (104’ 5”) in the javelin … Competed in the discus at the Weems Baskin Relays (March 23-24), finishing with a toss of 37.52m (123’ 1”) … At the Terrier Relays (March 30-31), recorded marks of 11.02m (36’ 2”) in the shot put, 34.79m (114’ 2”) in the discus and 35.75m (117’ 3”) in the hammer throw … Competed in four events at the ECU Bill Carson Invitational (April 6-7), including a seventh-place finish of 11.74m (38’ 6.25”) in the shot put, and a pair of ninth-place finishes in the discus with a distance of 35.67m (117’) and hammer with a toss of 38.24m (125’ 5”) … At the Savannah State Duals (April 14), claimed top honors in both the shot put with a mark of 11.68m (38’ 4”) and discus with a distance of 36.75m (120’ 7”), while also finishing second in the hammer with a mark of 36.45m (119’ 7”) … Finished third in the shot put with a person-best mark of 12.31m (40’ 4.75”) and recorded a mark of 35.38m (116’ 1”) in the discus at the USC Open (April 21) … At the Charleston Southern Tune-Up (May 2), recorded three third-place finishes, including a personal-best mark of 40.17m (131’ 9”) in the discus, a mark of 11.90m (39’ 0.5”) in the shot put and a mark of 29.82m (97’ 10”) in the javelin … Also finished fifth in the hammer with a toss of 36.51m (119’ 9”) … Wrapped up her season by competing in all four throwing events at the 2018 SoCon Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 10-11) … Finished fifth in the javelin with a toss of 35.37m (116’), and finished seventh in the discus with a mark of 39.43m (129’ 4”) … Also recorded marks of 11.88m (38’ 11.75”) in the shot put and 37.48m (122’ 11”) in the hammer.
SOPHOMORE (2017): Placed third on The Citadel's all-time list for women in the javelin with a toss of 127’ 5” at the Lowcountry Invitational (April 15) to earn second place … Took fourth place at SoCon Outdoor Championships with a javelin toss of 113’ 3” … Placed sixth on The Citadel's all-time list in the discus with a personal-best toss of 125’ 3” at the CSU Spring Break Invitational (March 18) … Set a new personal best in the weight throw with a toss of 45’ 1.5” at the JDL College Team Challenge (Feb. 9) to earn eighth place on The Citadel's all-time list … Took tenth place at SoCon Indoor Championships (Feb. 25) with a weight throw of 44’ 8.75” … Set a personal best in the hammer throw of 101’ 6.75” at the Weems Baskin Invitational (March 24-25) … Recorded a season-best shot put throw of 37’ 6.75” at Weems Baskin Invitational … Took 11
th at SoCon Indoor Championships with a toss of 36’ 5.75”.
FRESHMAN (2016): Earned a season-best third-place finish in the shot put at the High Point Team Challenge on Feb. 11 with a toss of 31 feet, 11.5 inches … Placed sixth on The Citadel's all-time list with a personal best of 37-10.5 in the shot put at the SoCon Indoor Championships (Feb. 26-27) … Took ninth place at Gamecock Invitational (Feb. 20) in the weight throw with a toss of 40-7.5 … Earned a tenth-place finish in discus at UNF Twilight (May 4) with a season-best toss of 123-9 … Finsihed 10
th at the SoCon Outdoor Championships (May 12-13) in the discus with a 107-2 toss … Earned a second-place finish in the javelin at Holy City Relays (Aprril 23) with toss of 114-2 … Recorded a season-best javelin throw of 116-7 at Battle of the Beaches (March 5) … Finished sixth at SoCon Outdoor Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: Earned letters in both volleyball (2012-14) and track (2013-15) during her high school career … Named All-State in discus, shot put and javelin as a senior after ranking first among 7A girls in all three events … Held the title of captain on the team as a senior … Garnered an invite to the Mobile County Meet of the Champions for discus … Qualified for the state championship in discus and shot put as a junior, finishing third in discus among 6A competitors … Served as the middle hitter for 2012 volleyball team before competing in both discus and javelin.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Kim Cass and Eddrick Williams … MS Society Scholarship recipient in 2015 … Mother played volleyball and basketball at LSU … Major is psychology.
