JUNIOR (2016-17): Competed in six events this season, including the SoCon Championships … recorded fastest time at conference championships with a time of 22:09.05 … finished 35rd in the 5K with a time of 22:26.69 at the Carolina Challenge … took 23rd place at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (23:27.64) … finished 24th at the Will Wilson Invitational (22:27.17).

SOPHOMORE (2015-16): Competed in five of the six events … recorded fastest time of the season at second CofC Invitational with a time of 22:47.1 … finished 33rd with a time of 27:42.2 at the first CofC Invitational … posted highest finish of the season (16th) at Will Wilson Invitational with a time of 23:53.19 … crossed the finish line at 22:59.78 mark at Upstate Invitational.

FRESHMAN (2014-15): Competed in six events over the course of the season … made her collegiate debut at the Coastal Carolina Invitational, finishing 37th in 23:28.3 in the first 5k event of the season … ran the Furman Classic in 28:22.6, placing 90th, in the lone 6k event of the campaign … had her best finish of the season, 33rd, at the Will Wilson Citadel Invitational with a time of 22:11.22 … posted her best time at the College of Charleston Cross Country Invitational when she crossed the line in 20:55.0 … wrapped up her season at the 2014 SoCon Championships (21:57.8, 70th).

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered in cross country (three) and track (four) … began her career by capturing the regional championship and winning Most Improved award in track ... helped team repeat as regional champions in track as a junior ... named as All-Region performer while winning state championship in cross country in junior campaign ...  cross country team captain as a senior and earned All-Region awards … state champion in cross country in 2012-13 and recorded career-best times in the 3200 of 13:28, in the 1600 or 6:12 and in the 5k of 21:06.

PERSONAL: Paige Lillian Herbst ... daughter of Jody and Greg Herbst … Iron Woman State Champion on four occasions (2011-14) ... won three state championships (2011, 2013, 2014) as a JROTC Raider ... majoring in exercise science.
