Catherline Lee joined The Citadel Foundation as the Director of Athletics Annual Giving in February 2019 before transitioning to The Citadel Brigadier Foundation just a year later in February 2020 as an assistant director, finally earning a promotion to senior director in January 2023.
Prior to The Citadel, she worked in development for the University of Missouri for over six years, starting as a graduate assistant for the Tiger scholarship fund in August 2011 before elevating to Assistant Director of Development in June 2013 and Director of Development in March 2016.
Lee graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in May 2013 with a bachelor's degree in international studies while simultaneously securing a graduate degree in education with a focus in public health education and promotion and sports psychology.
