Lily Sinclair joined The Citadel Athletics in August of 2023 as Assistant Athletics Director for Marketing & Promotions.
Prior to coming to The Citadel, Sinclair worked for the University of North Carolina as a marketing coordinator primarily working with Women’s soccer, field hockey, gymnastics and Women’s lacrosse.

A native of Cabot, Arkansas, Sinclair graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2020 with a degree in Exercise and Health Science and received her Master’s degree in Sports Management from Wingate University.
