Tristan Puntney joined The Citadel Athletics Ticket Office with Taymar Sales U as the Ticket Operations & Sales Coordinator in November of 2022. He earned a promotion to General Manager of Ticket Sales & Operations in August 2024.
Puntney grew up in Grants Pass, Ore., and attended the University of Oregon, where he was involved in the Warsaw Sports Marketing Club. He graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing primarily on sports business, journalism, and media studies.
During his time at the University of Oregon, Puntney provided exceptional service to the members at Eugene Country Club, a Top 100 private course in the US. His work ethic led him to an internship with Peak Sports MGMT in the Portland State Athletics Department, focusing on sponsorship sales. Only two months later, he was recommended to The Citadel Athletics Ticket Office, passing personal and team goals in ticket revenue in his first six months.
