GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Citadel women's golf team finished in ninth place at the Forest Oaks Fall Classic on Saturday after play was called due to rain and wind.
 
Round two was set to start at 9 a.m. on Saturday but was pushed back multiple times due to rain and wind in the area. Tournament officials eventually cancelled all remaining rounds due to unplayable conditions.
 
Eraina Manor finished tied for 25th after carding a 78 in the first round. Renata Sucha shot an 80, allowing her to finish tied for 31st. Fellow Bulldogs' Marina Grimal recorded an 83 and Laura Simpson shot a 99.
 
The Bulldogs will return to action Oct. 18th through Oct. 20th when they travel to Spartanburg, South Carolina, for the Terrier Intercollegiate hosted by SoCon foe Wofford.
