SoCon Tournament Bracket

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel volleyball team's season came to a close on Saturday morning after the Bulldogs fell to Western Carolina 3-1 in the Southern Conference tournament.
 
Western Carolina took the first two sets 25-22 and 25-23. The Citadel kept things alive in the third set, taking it 25-21 before eventually falling to the Catamounts in the fourth set 25-21.
 
Bailey Kernodle finished her Bulldog career with a match-high 19 kills and Moriah Smith followed close behind with 17. Rachel Keefer, who will also graduate in the spring, had a match-high assists tallying 51. Samantha Espy (24), Moriah Smith (19) and Bailey Kernodle (18) all did their part in the dig category for the match.
 
With the loss, the Bulldogs 2015 campaign concludes.
