CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel women's soccer team will take on crosstown rival Charleston Southern on Friday and then return home to host Francis Marion on Sunday.

The Bulldogs (0-6) are led in scoring by
Katherine Arroyo and
Andrea Davila who each have one goal this season. Arroyo also leads the team in points with three, tallying an assist on Davila's goal. Davila and Arroyo also lead the team with seven shots.

Sophomores
Tinslee Dilday and
Sam Waarum have yet to come off the field in a match, leading the team in minutes played with 522. Bulldog keepers
Sam Millspaugh and
Abby Koger have been busy in between the posts this season, tallying 57 saves.

Charleston Southern, a member of the Big South, is 1-1-1 on the year after having two games cancelled due to lightning. The Bucs are averaging 12.0 shots and 1.7 goals per game. This will be the first game for CSU after an almost two-week break.

Francis Marion, a Peach Belt conference member, is averaging 2.8 shots per game with a .647 shot-on-goal percentage. Shauna Griffin leads the team with three points while four Patriots have scored one goal each. Francis Marion is currently 1-5 for the 2015 season.
