Bulldogs Conclude Season at NCAA Regionals on Friday

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - The Citadel's cross country teams closed out the season on Friday, Nov. 10 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships hosted by Virginia at Panorama Farms in Charlottesville, Va.

The women's 6,000-meter race began at 10:30 a.m., followed by the men's 10K at 11:30 a.m.

For the men's team, senior Jamie Cunningham finished 174th overall with a time of 33 minutes, 8.70 seconds. Freshman Jeremy Shipley was close behind with a time of 35:06.50 to take 221st place.

For the women's squad, freshman Amber Opp finished 178th overall with a time of 23:41.80 and freshman Casey Miller took 213th in 24:33.90.
