CHARLESTON, S.C. - The Citadel volleyball team dropped a pair of road conference matches this weekend to UNCG and Western Carolina. 

How it Happened - VS. Western Carolina

• The Bulldogs dropped three sets to the Catamounts this Friday. The Cats were led by Abigail Veit who tallied 10 kills in the match. 
• Sumerlyn Carruthers led the Bulldogs with seven kills while Alicia Roberts tallied five blocks. Caricia Rodriguez led the team in digs with 12 on the night.

• Mellanie King led the Bulldogs in kills tallying 11 over three sets. Defensively, three Bulldogs recorded double-digit digs in the loss.
