Postgame Quotes
Head Coach Tony Skole
"Being down 7-0 in the second inning against a very good ball club is disheartening, but our kids showed a lot of fight. Slowly, but surely, our bullpen did a great job of easing things up and giving our offense a chance to get going. We just got some big swings tonight and it is very encouraging for our offense.
"It is good to see guys like
Ben Peden and
Jeffery Brown get going again. We need those guys, they are two of our better players. It is good to see them start to get hot right now. They have been working extremely hard and I know it has been frustrating for both of them, but they are starting to get some big hits in big situations for us."
