CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel dropped a pair of matches at the Earle Tennis Center this weekend, falling to Davidson in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon before dropping a decision to Southern Conference foe Chattanooga on Sunday.

- The Citadel jumped out to an early lead on the Wildcats by taking the doubles point with victories by Josiah Schainblatt and Sebastian Kamieniecki at No. 2 and Leo du Plooy and Lucas Robins at No. 3. The Bulldogs captured their first doubles point against a Division I opponent in a traditionally-scored match since claiming the point against North Carolina Central on March 14, 2017.
- In singles play, Kamieniecki forced a third set after battling back from dropping his opener before falling 6-7, 6-4, 3-6.
- Will Graham also forced a third set at No. 1 singles, but due to the match already being decided, a 10-point tiebreaker was played in lieu of a full set, with Davidson's Maxwell Kachkarov coming out on top, 10-6.

- Will Graham and Hayden Shoemake battled hard at No. 2 doubles for the Bulldogs, taking the match to a tiebreaker before narrowly falling in a 7-6 (3) decision.
