3 -Defensive back Andy Davis intercepted his third pass of the season. He has interceptions in back-to-back games after registering his first of the season at Army West Point.
19 - Wide receiver Raleigh Webb caught his 19th career touchdown against Samford. He is second on the school's all-time list for career touchdown receptions, trailing only Andre Roberts.
40:07 - The Citadel offense held the ball for over 40 minutes against Samford. It marked the second-straight game against Samford that The Citadel has possessed the ball over 40 minutes.
98 - Quarterback Darique Hampton rushed for a career-high 98 yards in his first start as a Bulldog.
309 - The Bulldogs rushed for 309 yards against Samford. It is third time in five spring games the Bulldogs have rushed for more than 300 yards.

The Game
The Citadel opens the month of April on the road as the Bulldogs travel to face Wofford on April 3. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. at Gibbs Stadium.

The early forecast is calling for temperatures in the low-60s with mostly sunny skies.


vs. Wofford
The Citadel and Wofford have met 72 times prior with the Bulldogs holding a 42-29-1 advantage in the all-time series. The Terriers have had the advantage as of late, winning each of the last four overall, and nine of the last 10 played in Spartanburg.


Last Game vs Wofford
The two teams closed out the 2019 season inside Johnson Hagood Stadium with the Terriers coming away with a 31-11 victory. The Bulldogs ran for 212 yards and threw for 124 yards.


Third Starting QB
Saturday's game against Samford saw the Bulldogs start their third different quarterback during the 2020-21 season. It is the first time since the 2009 season this happened. It is also the first time since that season that three different quarterbacks have thrown a touchdown pass in the same season.


TD Pass in First Start
Darique Hampton threw a touchdown pass in his first start against Samford. He is the second signal caller to do that this season after Jaylan Adams threw for a TD in his first start against Mercer.


Davis Interceptions
Defensive back Andy Davis intercepted passes in back-to-back games against ETSU and Samford. He is the first Bulldog with interceptions in two-straight games since Aron Spann III did it against Chattanooga and VMi in 2017.
