  • The Bulldogs play their final home game of the spring season as they welcome Furman to Johnson Hagood Stadium.
  • Saturday's game from Hagood Stadium will kick at 1 p.m. on ESPN+.
  • Pete Yanity and Jared Singleton will be on the call as part of the SoCon/Nextstar Game of the Week.
  • The game is the 100th meeting between the two schools. Furman holds a 60-36-3 advantage in the all-time series.
  • In the last meeting, the Bulldog defense shut down the Paladin offense in a 20-3 victory.
  • The Citadel overcame a 17-point second-half deficit to defeat Wofford. It was the biggest second-half comeback since the Bulldogs overcame a 21-point halftime deficit against Samford in 2018.
  • The Bulldogs offense ran for 206 of its 272 yards in the second half.
  • Clay Harris rushed for a season-high 113 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries. He scored on a one-yard run in the second quarter and the game-winning eight-yard touchdown with just 26 seconds remaining.
  • The game was the third 100-yard rushing performance of Harris' career.
  • Fellow B-Back Nathan Storch ripped of a 64-yard run on his way to 89 yards on just nine carries.
  • Wide receiver Cole Owens hauled in his first career touchdown reception in the fourth quarter when he caught a 23-yard pass from Jaylan Adams.
  • A-Back Sam Llewellyn scored his first career touchdown when he rushed for a 5-yard touchdown in the third quarter.
  • Linebacker Anthony Britton Jr. led the defense with 13 tackles, including the forced fumble that led to the game-winning touchdown.
  • Willie Eubanks III returned to the lineup and finished with 12 total tackles, including 10 solo stops.
     

Inside The Numbers
 3 - The Bulldogs have intercepted at least one pass in three-straight games, marking the fourth-straight season the team has recorded at least one interception in three-straight contests.
13 - Linebacker Anthony Britton Jr. recorded a game-high 13 tackles against Wofford. None were any bigger than the last one he made that resulted in a fumble that led to the game-winning drive.
17 - The Citadel overcame a 17-point deficit in the second half to defeat Wofford. It is the largest deficit overcome since erasing a 21-point halftime deficit against Samford during the 2018 season.
113 - Running back Clay Harris ran for a season-high 113 yards against Wofford. It was the third career 100-yard rushing performance, and the first against somebody other than Western Carolina.
206 - After only rushing for 66 yards in the first half, The Citadel ran for 206 yards in the final 30 minutes.
