CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel's season-opening tennis match, scheduled for Jan. 15 at South Carolina State, has been postponed due to COVID concerns within the SC State program.
 
The teams have rescheduled the match for Feb. 5 in Sumter. The Bulldogs were already scheduled to face USC Sumter on that day.
 
The Bulldogs will open the season on Jan. 21 with a pair of matches in Columbia. The Citadel will face Presbyterian (noon) and South Carolina (4 p.m.).
