THE WEEK AT A GLANCE
The Citadel concludes SoCon regular season play this weekend, starting with UNCG Friday at 3 P.M. and VMI Sunday at 2 P.M. Both matches will be carried on ESPN+ with Dave Weinstein on the call.

BREAKING EVEN
The Citadel, who stood in third place in the SoCon following road wins at Furman and Wofford, were delivered a pair of home losses last week against Western Carolina, 6-1, and Mercer, 3-2. Down 2-0 to WCU, The Bulldogs scored to draw to within one, only for the Catamounts to strike four unanswered goals in the second half. The Citadel led, 2-1, on the Bears up until the 86th minute when Mercer stunned the Bulldogs with a pair of goals within a two-minute span.

TRAQUAIR ON THE WINNING TRACK
Head coach Ciaran Traquair reached 50 career wins at The Citadel following the win at Wofford, further cementing his status as the all-time winningest coach in program history. This also includes his .428 winning percentage. A win Friday will give Traquair and The Citadel's first-ever win over UNC Greensboro.

YOSUE RISING THROUGH THE RANKS!
Suzuka Yosue assisted on the lone score versus Western Carolina and scored the first goal against Mercer on a penalty kick. Her 33 career assists is a school record, while moving into second all-time with 77 points, just two away from Mariana Garcia (2010-13). Her 22 career goals ties her for fifth all-time with Amy Loughran (2008-11).

YOSUE DOUBLES DOWN ON SOCON POTW
It sook Suzuka Yosue her senior season to earn SoCon Offensive Player of the Week. She now has two of this season's weekly honors, most recently capturing last week's honors after playing a role in each of The Citadel's goals to beat Furman and Wofford.
