Jackson Price tied his career-high with 15 points and six rebounds to lead The Citadel in a 100-67 setback at North Carolina Tuesday evening inside the Dean Smith Center.

How it Happened
- The Bulldogs got on the board first as they moved the ball around on the opening possession and Elijah Morgan knocked down the three-pointer from the top of the key.
- The Tar Heels used their size down low to open a nine-point lead. The Bulldogs responded with a pair of three-pointers from Jackson Price and a deep triple from Austin Ash to pull within 26-23 with just over eight minutes to play in the first half.
- Stephen Clark pulled the Bulldogs within one point with a strong basket down low out of the media timeout.
- The Bulldogs would keep it close until the Tar Heels ended the half with an 11-2 run to take 15-point lead into the half.
- Three-point shooting played a big role in the second half as the Tar Heels answered any Bulldog run by knocking down shots from deep.
- The Citadel continued to battle as Brady Spence followed a missed layup with a dunk on the rebound, and AJ Smith was able to finish at the rim.
- The Bulldogs closed out the scoring the same way they game started, with a three-pointer.
