JACKSONVILLE, FLA. – The Citadel's Solomon Ghosh competed in the discus throw at the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field East First Round.
 
Ghosh competed in a field of 48 throwers; he finished in the 43rd position with a toss of 165-0.
 
He finished his outdoor season as the 2023 Southern Conference Outdoor Champion in the discus and broke multiple school records including holding the all-time record in the discus in program history.
