CHARLESTON, S.C. -- Ignited by a pair of falls from
Brodie Porter (174 lbs) and
Ben Stemmet (285 lbs) along with four additional tech falls, The Citadel (14-4, 6-2 SoCon) officially wrapped up the 2023-24 regular-season campaign against league opponent Presbyterian (3-14, 0-7 SoCon) behind a dominant effort, dismantling the Blue Hose via a 50-0 final margin en route to a program record 14th victory Thursday afternoon at McAlister Field House.
Previously, the Bulldogs breached the 13-win mark on three separate occasions with the most recent coming during the team's last Southern Conference Championship in 2003-04 exactly two decades ago.
