LEXINGTON, VA. – The Citadel's Garrett Fulmer recorded his second career home run in a 10-2 loss against VMI in game two on Saturday afternoon inside Gray-Minor Stadium.

How It Happened

VMI scored two runs in the bottom of the first inning, with an RBI single by Justin Starke and an RBI groundout by Grayson Fitzwater.
The Citadel tied the game at 2-2 with a two-run homer by Garrett Fulmer, scoring Travis Elliot.
The Keydets extended their lead to 5-2 with three runs in the bottom of the second inning. Cole Jenkins hit an RBI single, and Trey Morgan hit a two-run RBI single.
Owen Prince scored the sixth run for VMI with an RBI groundout, making it 6-2.
VMI added four runs in the bottom of the seventh inning, extending their lead to 10-2.
