7/24/2024 1:04:00 PM

DILIMAN, PHL – Former Bulldogs basketball player Quentin Millora-Brown is continuing his playing career in the Philippines, honoring the legacy of his grandfather who studied at UP during his academic career.

The graduate transfer from Vanderbilt spent just one season with the Bulldogs but etched his name in the program's record book as he broke single-season marks for total rebounds (300), defensive rebounds (198), and double-doubles (16).

"Quentin was a terrific player for us, and I am so excited to watch his professional basketball journey," said Head Coach Ed Conroy. "He was an incredible leader on and off the floor for us and had a tremendous impact on all areas of our program. We will miss the daily interaction and the visits from his wonderful family, but we'll be his biggest supporters and fans from afar. Q had a record-breaking year for us, and I firmly believe his basketball abilities are going to continue to grow. We can't wait to follow and cheer him on."

Millora-Brown averaged 11.2 points per game while leading The Citadel with 9.4 rebounds and 1.3 blocks on his way to being named to The SoCon All-Defensive team. While attending Vanderbilt, he was a three-time All-SEC Academic Honor Roll recipient.

The Lorton, Virginia native ended the regular season ranked inside the Top-5 in several defensive categories during league play, including finishing third in defensive rebounds (110), fourth in defensive rebounds per game (6.1), and fifth in blocks (24).

Millora-Brown graduated from The Citadel with a graduate certificate in leadership to go along with his bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University.
