Rifle to Open Season Against Army

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel mixed rifle team is scheduled to start the 2026-26 season at Inouye Marksmanship Center on Oct. 11 against Army.
The Citadel welcomes back ten returners from last season's team, with Emrie Fast-Clarke and Braden Michalak named to the All-SoCon Air Rifle Second Team.
The Bulldogs had six team members compete in the National Junior Olympics in April: Emrie Fast-Clarke, Braden Michalak, Meghan Mix, Michael Legens, Theron Hull-Walton, Ella Derrick, and Dalton Bouknight.
Derrick, Hull-Walton, Goldman, Legens, and Mix were all named to the Collegiate Rifle Coaches Association Scholastic All-Americans with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 for the 2024-25 academic year.
